Prior to starting JFH, Clark worked within the Real Estate Finance Group at Goldman Sachs in Dallas, Texas where he participated in the origination, loan closing, and securitization for over $550 million in commercial mortgage loans across several asset classes including: retail, multi-family, student housing, hospitality, office, and industrial properties. Clark earned his BBA in Finance and minor in Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to starting JFH, Will was Vice President of Acquisitions, Dispositions and Underwriting with Cardinal Capital Partners in Dallas, Texas.
Prior to Cardinal, he was Vice-President for Moody Rambin Interests in Houston, Texas where he was instrumental in the acquisition, development, and disposition of over $150 million of commercial retail assets. Will earned his B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. with a focus in Finance & Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.
Prior to being brought on as a full-time employee, Mike was a summer Intern for JFH between his junior and senior year in college in 2019. Mike earned his BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
Prior to joining JFH, Kelly spent over 5 years in NNN acquisitions and development. He started in real estate on the dispositions team at C-lll Realty Services gaining exposure to all asset types through their auction and investment sales platforms of REO and non-performing loans. He earned a BBA in Real Estate from the University of North Texas.
Prior to being brought on as a full-time employee, Gage was an Intern for JFH upon college graduation in 2023. Gage earned his BBA in Business Marketing from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
Prior to joining JFH, Landon began his career in STNL investment sales at Matthew’s Real Estate in the Dallas office. Following this, he worked as a Financial Analyst for a middle-market investment banking firm focusing on M&A and capital raising for Car Wash Advisory out of Miami, FL. He earned his BBA in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
