After years of effort, JFH successfully secured a carveout within the highly sought-after Tulsa Hills trade area from the Sam’s Club parking lot to develop a Chipotle Mexican Grill. Carveouts like this require creativity, teamwork, and persistence. The project involved overcoming several challenges, including accommodating the needs of an existing operator like Sam’s Club, navigating complex entitlement issues, and designing a site plan that fit seamlessly within an active parking lot. The result was the delivery of one of the first "Habanero" Chipotle concepts in the country, marking a significant achievement for the team.
