About the Project

JFH worked alongside a passive ownership group to help reposition a former Babies R Us store in Tulsa, OK. The team helped the passive owners solve a problem with a unique solution. The property was split into two lots and the rear building was sold off to Classic Auto Cars, a high-end car dealership, while securing entitlements for a new pad site for a Whataburger drive through prototype on a long-term ground lease. Whataburger had been searching to be in this trade area for several years and the team helped secure an A+ site in the trade area for the Tenant and a good outcome for all parties involved.
