JFH, in partnership with Collett Capital, acquired the 276,791 square foot Crossing Oaks Shopping Center for $15 million and initiated a $7.5 million renovation. The redevelopment aimed to reposition the existing Ross Dress for Less and make way for an 85,000 square foot WinCo Foods supermarket. Founded in 1967, WinCo operates over 100 locations with a workforce exceeding 15,000 employees companywide.
The project also added 18,400 sf of shop space, incorporated two ground leases, and maintained the operations of the existing anchor tenant, Sunshine Furniture, throughout the redevelopment. Located at one of the busiest intersections in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the center is within the desirable Woodland Hills trade area. Currently, the center is 98% leased and occupied.
